I'm not 100% sure how effective these pills are, but I'm sure it probably takes more than one bottle to see noticeable results. I do plan to order another bottle and will continue to do squats, lunges, and other lower body exercises to build muscles. For me, it's best to take these pills without food because the few times I took them with food was horrible for my stomach and sent me immediately to the bathroom every time. I look forward to seeing significant results.

You MUST stay consistent. It does not work over night. I took it for about 2 months with squats incorporated in my daily routine. The only downfall I had was they are BIG and kind of hard to swallow. But I definitely saw progress. They make you very hungry too so eat lots of protein. It worked for me.
