This is only for the reshipment of a package that has been returned back to us as undelivered. Reasons listed below
Incorrect address provided during checkout
not home for signature requirement at time of delivery for orders over $100.00
you didn't pickup your package at the local post office after notice left at your home
etc.
The package must be shipped to the same address provided during checkout once it is corrected. We will not ship to another address other than your original ship to or your bill to address.
Please visit our FAQ'S page and click on Restocking fee (30% Restocking Fee) per our terms of our website. This fee is charged only if your not willing to pay the reshipment fee.
Shipping within the U.S. takes 2-5 business days Shipping Internationally takes 5-21 business days All orders are processed within 5 business days after you have placed your order. Once your order/package ships we will send you a notification email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 72 hours for the United States Post Office to update your tracking info
